This is so important! Some emotions arrive with such intensity that sometimes it is hard to fully understand what I’m feeling. In these cases, I like to physically locate my emotion. Where in my body am I feeling it? It’s usually either my chest or my stomach, but that’s a good start for me to determine which emotion is causing me trouble. Thank you for sharing this!
